- Locations: Unlike some of our competitors, we don't charge by business location. For a flat monthly fee, you can process gift & loyalty transactions for unlimited number of business locations. Your locations will be structured in a hierarchical parent-child relationship.
- Users: You can add as many users as you would like to the system and give each user a job function (role). User's role defines the type of access the user would have to the system.
- Marketing Campaigns: You can create custom gift & loyalty marketing campaigns and deploy them throughout your organization. You can then test their effectiveness, revise them as necessary, and redeploy them as many times as you would like. There is no limit to the number of marketing campaigns you can create. You can assign your campaigns to one location, multiple locations, or the entire organization.
- Cards: You can process both physical and digital cards. If you are already offering physical cards at your business, you can easily upload these cards into our system. If you are new to the business and would like to design, produce, and offer physical cards in your business, we can manage the entire process for you. However, we are moving towards a digital/mobile world. Through our Customer Mobile App, your customers can convert any physical card into a digital card and use it at the point-of-sale for transaction processing. This unique feature will eliminate the need for your customers to carry a physical card in their wallet. Your customers can also link their gift & loyalty balances and rewards to their mobile phone.
- Transactions: Our system provides great flexibility in how you process transactions. You can swipe physical cards, scan digital cards in the form of barcodes, or enter mobile phone numbers with a passcode at the point-of-sale to process transactions.
2. Gift & Loyalty Mobile App
- This web-based App can be viewed on all mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.) with any operating system.
- App's menus automatically adjust to the screen size of the mobile device.
- This App allows you to process gift & loyalty transactions with your mobile device so it is most suited to the businesses on the go, businesses with no internet access, or businesses with mobile employees.
- This App allows you to process transfers from any card/mobile to any card/mobile.
3. Customer Management Module
- Allows your customers to setup online accounts and register their cards and mobiles.
- Converts all registered cards and mobiles into digital cards in the form of barcodes for use at the point-of-sale.
- Allows your customers to add money to their registered cards and mobiles.
- Allows your customers to transfer balances and rewards to any card or mobile.
